1. Wire drawing process
The production of stainless steel screws starts with material selection. The raw material is usually high-quality stainless steel wire. Wire drawing is the first step in the production process, which is to stretch the thick stainless steel wire to the required diameter. During the wire drawing process, the wire passes through multiple dies, gradually reducing its diameter. Each die is slightly smaller than the previous one, allowing the wire to be gradually reduced to the desired size. 2. Annealing

5. Surface treatment
